Optics for X Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry - WDXRF

Flat plates are the simplest geometry for an X Ray monochromator.

They are fully diverging optics.

Only a small area of its surface diffracts at the value of the Bragg’s angle.

​

AlpyX can supply a choice of Ge(hkl), Si(hkl) and Quartz(hkl)  flat plates.

They can be orientated from +/- 10 min of arc to +/- 30 seconds of arc each axis.

They can be produced mounted or unmounted on a holder including the possibility of fixing screw holes.

​

Our production includes AlpyX proprietary finishing for optimized intensity and resolution performances.
